St Francis of Assisi Garden Statue Life-Giving Waters Fountain Sculpture by artist Carlo Bronti. What better garden focal point than a sparkling, over yard-tall garden fountain shepherded by the world’s most beloved and recognizable saint, Francis of Assisi (1181-1226). A dove, doe and squirrel join a bevy of forest animals to celebrate the life-giving waters cascading from a generous urn into a calming pool below. This garden fountain statue is exquisitely sculpted, then cast in antique-stone finished, quality designer resin, this heirloom religious statue features an integrated, UL-listed, indoor/outdoor pump. Simple assembly required.

By mastering the art of casting our products in fiberglass resin we manage to retain all the detail or the original with the added benefits of less weight (reduced shipping costs), greater strength, and a product suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

In declaring St. Francis of Assisi the Patron saint of those who promote care for nature, the Church recommends Saint Francis not only as a model for animal and nature lovers, because he also preached the need for conversion of the non-Catholics to the one true Church of Christ for salvation.  His biographer, Fr. Cuthbert, OSFC, wrote in 1916 that Saint Francis was “apt to be impatient with meddlers and heretics to the end”.

Make Me an Instrument of Your Peace – Saint Francis Prayer

Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy.

O, Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; it is in dying that we are born again to eternal life.
