Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we serve shoppers from all over the world. However, we do not ship statues to international locations other than domestic addresses in U.S. & Canada.
Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: How do I know the shipping cost?
A: Simply add an item you wish to order in the shopping cart, and  click on “Calculate Shipping” link
which appears in the “Cart Totals” area of the shopping cart.

Q: It says that the rosary is sold on the site. Is there a way to get another made.
A: Most our rosaries have unique original design, being offered as limited edition designer rosaries. If a product is sold, it will be not exactly the same because of the unique properties and qualities of semiprecious gemstones, and other parts. Similar rosaries and many other variations are regularly added to our on-line catalog. Please subscribe to receive our updates by e-mail.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please view our return policy before ordering.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: All in-stock items generally take 1 business day to process before they are shipped out to the customer.
Shipping time varies depending on method and location. Most of our US and Canadian customers receive orders within 3-5 business days. However, we also carry some items that need to be assembled or manufactured. In this case, we will notify you if there is any delay.

Q: How do you measure the length of a rosary?
A: Our rosaries are measured if you would hold it at the cross and let it hang and then measure it.
