How to Order Online
Ordering online will ensure you have your product in the shortest possible time. Our online store, ROSARY BAY, is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There’s no need to create an account first. You’ll do that while placing your first order online. Go ahead and add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then submit the order. Online ordering process is very easy to use, automated and secure. You will also receive an order/status confirmation and sales receipt via email. Using our shopping cart, you can also generate your invoice for off-line payment by check/cheque, wire transfer, or a credit card. After your order is placed, you can log-in to your account and print your invoice. All payment methods are available online at the checkout page.

To assure that your order is processed rapidly, we provide a printable order form that ensures that your information is complete. You can fill out this form directly in Adobe Acrobat, print it, and send your order to us by fax, e-mail, or or postal mail.

Bank Wire Transfer
You can choose this payment method using our shopping cart during the online payment process. Upon receipt of your order we will send you the information you need to make the transfer. Alternatively, you can download our printable order form and fax, or mail it to us. Payment instructions will be sent when your order is confirmed.
Checks/Cheques, Money Orders or Bank Drafts
We accept checks, money orders, or bank drafts denominated in U.S. or Canadian funds from our regular customers only.

Payment via PayPal
When you place an order with ROSARY BAY, our website directs you to a secure area of our site, or PayPal’s website. After you confirm your order and enter your payment details, PayPal transfers your payment to our account (by deducting the payment amount from your bank account or charging your credit card). Security and privacy are assured. PayPal does not reveal your financial account information to ROSARY BAY. You will receive a receipt of the transaction by email, and (if your PayPal account links to your credit card) the charge will appear on your credit card bill as “PAYPAL *ROSARYBAY”. Once ROSARY BAY receives your payment, we will begin processing your order.
Is PayPal secure?
Yes. PayPal uses the latest technology and proprietary procedures to protect the security of its transactions. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs, and once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. In addition, PayPal never reveals your financial information to the people you pay.
When you place your order online, shipping charges will be automatically calculated for you. Customers are responsible for any and all Import Duties and/or Taxes due in the destination country at the time you receive your shipment. We ship all products via USPS, or Canada Post from the U.S. or Canadian warehouse closest to you. All shipping include insurance and tracking number. The average transit time vary between 2-7 business days. Merchandise orders over $50 include insurance and tracking numbers.
- We provide fully insured shipping and do our best in getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Please note that deliveries sometimes cannot be made to a PO Box. A signature is typically required for expensive items.
- Orders placed by 3.00 pm EST are usually shipped the same day based on stock and availability. If there is a delay, we will notify you.
Your satisfaction with your purchase of religious items from the Rosary Bay is very important to us. Our rosary centers, crucifixes, and medal’s manufacturer stand behind the jewelry and honor a lifetime guarantee. Should any of our sterling silver medals, rosary centres, crosses or crucifixes tarnish, or have any defects, we will either repair or replace free of charge. We also will fix any broken link of you rosary at no charge. This guarantee takes precedence over our standard return policy outlined below.
If you need to exchange any product purchased from the Rosary Bay, or file a claim for damages, or obtain replacements for defective items you are required to notify us within 10 days of receipt of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not send any product back without prior approval and an RMA.
Please note, items that have been manually altered, resized in any way, or not in its original condition cannot be accepted for return.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return our rosaries, medals, crucifixes, crosses, and other items made of sterling solver in its original condition and packaging within 10 days from the date you receive the order. Refunds do not include all shipping costs and import taxes.
As soon as you receive an RMA, you must return products within 10 days with the original shipping container, packing material, and your invoice.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by the Rosary Bay, or the manufacturer’s Quality Assurance department.
Sterling silver and 14K gold items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any item that has been custom made cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to the high cost of gold, gold-filled, and solid 14kt gold items are no longer able to be returned.
Media Items such as DVDs & CDs must be in unopened packages.
Please note we will not accept any returned items without a pre-authorization. The sender will be liable for any loss or damage during shipment of returns. Upon receipt of the returned items in its original condition, Rosary Bay will arrange a replacement, or make a refund via PayPal within 2 business days.
